Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bathroom Sales Person to join our team on a part-time basis, working a minimum of 16 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of bathroom design and merchandising. This role involves engaging with customers to provide expert advice, upselling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Fluency in English is essential. The successful applicant will contribute to our showroom’s organisation and visual presentation, helping clients select the perfect bathroom solutions.
Duties
- Greet customers professionally and assist them in selecting bathroom products that meet their needs and preferences
- Upsell additional products and services to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service
- Maintain organised merchandise displays, ensuring products are well-presented and easily accessible
- Provide detailed product information, including specifications, features, and benefits to customers
- Assist with showroom organisation, including stock management and visual merchandising
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English to ensure clear understanding of their requirements
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Proven experience in bathroom or home improvement sales, with a strong track record of upselling
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Basic maths skills for handling measurements, pricing, and quotations accurately
- Knowledge of merchandising principles to create attractive displays that enhance product visibility
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with good time management skills to handle customer appointments efficiently

Pay: £10,816.00-£19,604.00 per year
