Level 3 Nursery Assistant – Part Time / Full Time
Are you passionate about outdoor learning aswell indoor learning and helping children thrive through nature-based experiences?
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and qualified Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join our unique nursery setting based on a beautiful 100-acre farm.
Our nursery is a very special place where children spend most of their day outdoors exploring, learning and growing in nature. With horses, sheep and open countryside right on our doorstep, we provide children with hands-on experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence and a love of the natural world.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated team member who:
- Holds a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Has a genuine passion for working with children
- Enjoys spending time outdoors in all seasons
- Is enthusiastic, nurturing and reliable
- Can work well as part of a friendly team
- Understands the importance of creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment for children
