We are hiring a Part Time Sales Assistant to join our growing team! The successful candidates will provide excellent service to customers, keep the store well-presented, and support the smooth running of operations.
Working hours:
- Working flexible hours Monday - Sunday
- Shifts include evenings and weekends
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Welcome customers and provide helpful, attentive service.
- Assist customers in locating products and offering product recommendations.
- Operate tills & process payments
Store Presentation
- Ensure shelves are stocked, clean, and well-organised.
- Maintain tidy displays and clear, accurate price labels.
- Support merchandising changes for promotions and seasonal events.
Stock & Inventory
- Replenish stock and rotate to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow health, safety, and store security procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Basic numeracy and attention to detail.
