This is a full-time, permanent sales role within a growing telecoms business, focused on speaking with UK businesses and booking qualified appointments for the sales team.
You’ll be office-based, working as part of a small, experienced team in a friendly, low-ego environment.
You’ll enjoy the freedom to earn properly, too – you’ll receive:
- A basic salary of up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission with realistic £60,000 – £70,000+ OTE
- Clear, achievable targets (around 5 booked meetings per week)
- No moving goalposts or unrealistic expectations

You’ll be part of a close-knit team, speaking with business customers and booking appointments for telecoms solutions.
Your role will include:
- Calling business prospects using high-quality, well-maintained data
- Booking qualified appointments for the field sales team (around 5 per week)
- Speaking with decision-makers and understanding their requirements
- Following a proven, consultative script that avoids “hard sell” tactics
- Working closely with an experienced team and contributing to overall success
- Managing your own activity and pipeline
You won’t be dealing with constant rejection or poor-quality call lists – the approach here is more targeted, with better conversations and better outcomes.
Ideally, you’ll:
- Have at least 1–2 years’ experience in a telemarketing or telesales role
- Have experience within telecoms (reseller experience strongly preferred)
- Be confident speaking with business customers on the phone
- Be comfortable working towards targets and earning commission
- Be reliable, consistent, and easy to work with
