A prestigious Top UK firm is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join their growing Nottingham team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly organised professional to support multiple senior lawyers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is hybrid (2 days in office)
About the Role:
As PA you will provide comprehensive administrative support to their Property team working closely with Team Leaders and Regional Services Managers. You will have significant autonomy in managing your workload while being an integral part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate team meetings, client events, and business development activities
- Manage complex diary schedules for multiple senior lawyers
- Support legal directory submissions and maintain lawyer profiles
- Assist with client newsletters and marketing communications
- Handle travel arrangements including international bookings
- Process new client/matter inception and compliance requirements
- Manage client financial reporting and billing preparation
- Draft initial correspondence and legal documentation
- Maintain client databases and case management systems
- Prepare draft invoices and billing guides
- Liaise with finance teams on client billing queries
- Monitor multiple email inboxes and manage deadlines
- Coordinate with Document Production and Administrative teams
- Ensure high-quality output through clear instruction and review
Applicants must have:
- Experience as a Legal PA or Professional services.
- Experience supporting Property or legal professionals
