In this vital role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, empowering them to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting with medication management.
- Helping with mobility and transfers.
- Performing light household tasks and meal preparation.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.
- Maintaining clear and accurate care records.
