Role Overview
We are seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to work in busy, high-profile venues including pubs, bars, and nightclubs—primarily during weekend and evening hours. You’ll often be the first point of contact for customers, helping create a safe and welcoming environment while upholding the standards of T3 Security and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Performing ID and entry checks
- Conducting customer searches where required
- Crowd management and control
- Ensuring the safety of customers, staff, and property
- Adhering to assignment instructions and health & safety protocols
- Managing incidents calmly and professionally, inside and outside venues
- Liaising with venue management, patrons, and colleagues
- Representing T3 Security to the highest standard
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) Licence
- Must be available to work Friday and Saturday evenings
- Must provide a 5-year work history
- Approachable, personable, and professional
- Smart and presentable
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Calm under pressure and reliable
- Great team player
