Key responsibilities include:
- Dealing with customers either over the phone, emails or face-to-face
- Managing sales, orders, invoices and other relative paperwork
- Face-to-face customers may require assistance throughout our showroom and extensive product range
- Assistance in managing accounts records, completed delivery notes and sales orders
- Handling of cash payments
- Use of Sage 50 accounts. Some IT knowledge required but not necessary, training can be provided
- The role may extend into other responsibilities as you become more comfortable in the role, such as managing and booking in deliveries
Working hours are:
- 8 hours per day. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 17:00pm (30 mins lunch break)
- No out of hours work required, but some overtime may be necessary to complete sales orders/collections
