We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join our team working 40hrs a week as below
Tuesday - 12pm to 8pm
Wednesday - 12pm to 8pm
Thursday - 12pm-8pm
Friday - 12pm-8pm
Saturday - 12pm-8pm
The ideal candidate will be required to use the ride on Scrubber Dryer and Bin Tug, use a compactor and baler therefore previous experience is essential.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This role requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
You will also be responsible for completing timesheets, probations and stock orders.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all areas are tidy and presentable for clients and visitors.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage cleaning supplies and report when stock is low.
- Drive to different locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for cleaning appointments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Uphold high standards of customer service while interacting with clients on-site.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
