We are looking for experienced Finishers to join our groundwork and RC frame teams on a busy project in Dartford. You will play a key role in a critical stage of the project, ensuring all Internal & External groundwork elements are completed to specification, on time and to a high standard of workmanship.

Carrying out finishing works to kerbs, edgings, slabs and concrete surfaces

Ensuring all external works are completed to line, level and specification

Completing snagging and final quality checks on groundwork packages

Installing and finishing manholes, covers and frames
-
Trowelling, patching and making good concrete and surfaces
-
Working from drawings and setting out details where required
-
Supporting groundwork teams to bring projects to completion

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
-
Adhering to all site health & safety standards at all times

CSCS Card (essential)

Proven experience as a Finisher within groundworks or concrete frame projects

Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality workmanship

Ability to read and interpret drawings
-
Good understanding of levels, alignment and finishing standards
-
Strong awareness of site health & safety
-
Reliable, punctual and able to work well with other trades
-
Right to work in the UK

CPCS / NPORS (CSCS-affiliated) tickets*
-
Experience in kerbing, paving and external finishing works
-
Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques
-
Experience using laser levels or setting out equipment
-
Dumper / Roller / Excavator tickets
-
5+ years of experience in groundworks or finishing roles
-
Established gangs or teams with a strong track record
