An opportunity has arisen for a Site Technician to develop within our Environmental Testing, Inspection and Compliance Company.
Client focused and quality driven, we are an ISO9001 Registered Company with UKAS Certification to BS EN 17025 and the Environment Agency’s Monitoring Certification Scheme (MCERTS).
As part of our Environmental Services Team, your role will be to support our Teams before, during and after site visits. This will include:
- Driving our company vehicles between sites and our offices
- Working to our Health & Safety Policies and customers’ site rules and procedures contained in our Quality Manual
- Unloading, carrying, setting up and operating equipment on site as directed by the Team Leader
- General workshop, vehicle maintenance and Ad-hoc duties when office-based
We are looking for a hard-working and able individual. You must also have:
- Ability to work outdoors and at heights on occasions at a variety of industrial locations
- Availability to work away from home during the working week for some days during each month
- A full clean driving license. (Due to commercial Insurance constraints driver needs to be 21 years old plus).
- A flexible and positive attitude
- Experience van/commercial driving (preferred)
Core Hours - 37.5 per week - 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (overtime paid).
Flexible working will be required to meet client needs. We offer paid overtime, night out costs and company pension. Possibility of career progression for the right person.
