Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Internal Sales Coordinator specialising in Agricultural & ATV/UTV Machinery. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting sales operations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless administrative processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a solid background in sales administration to contribute to a dynamic team within the agricultural machinery sector. The role is fully paid with commission paid on top of basic salary and involves engaging with clients, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining accurate records to optimise business performance.
Duties
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and CRM software, providing professional and timely responses.
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, processing orders, and updating sales records using Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
- Assist in the organisation of sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of machinery to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within organisational systems such as Sage and Microsoft Office applications.
- Provide administrative support for sales meetings and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure availability of products.
- Contribute to customer service excellence by addressing client needs efficiently and professionally.
- Support the organisation of promotional events or campaigns related to agricultural machinery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration or administrative roles within a technical or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software such as Sage or similar platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Good IT literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new computer systems or programmes.
- Customer service orientation with a professional approach to client interactions.
- Organised mindset with attention to detail when handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience working with agricultural machinery or ATV/UTV products is desirable but not essential.
