Front of House Team Member
Location: Oughtibridge, Sheffield
Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week (including evenings & weekends across Wednesday-Sunday)
JÖRO is looking for an experienced Front of House professional to join the team at an exciting stage of continued growth and development.
This is an opportunity to become part of one of the UK’s leading independent restaurant teams, working within a Michelin-starred environment focused on exceptional hospitality, product knowledge and guest experience.
About the Role
We are seeking a confident, experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in high-level restaurant service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, drink and service, with the ability to operate comfortably within a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
You will work across multiple areas of the business including:
- Our Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurant
- The bar
- Outdoor terrace operations during Spring & Summer
The role includes both floor and bar service, working closely alongside a passionate and ambitious team. A strong understanding of guest experience, service standards and restaurant operations is essential.
Our working week runs Wednesday–Sunday, with full availability expected across lunch, dinner and evening services, including weekends.

Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience within a high-level restaurant environment is essential
- Strong food, wine and beverage knowledge
- Professional, confident and approachable manner
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and self-motivation
- Understanding of health & safety and food hygiene practices
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Smart and professional appearance
