The Ayrlington is a charming 5-star boutique hotel known for delivering warm hospitality and excellent guest experiences. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hands-on Front Office Team Member to join our team.
This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and is happy to support different departments when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and managing check-ins/check-outs
- Handling reservations, phone calls, emails, and guest enquiries
- Providing excellent customer service and local recommendations
- Assisting with breakfast and light food & beverage service
- Supporting restaurant/waitressing duties during busy periods
- Helping maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas and guest rooms
- Assisting housekeeping with light duties when required
- Ensuring guests receive a smooth and enjoyable stay throughout
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and friendly manner
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Flexible and willing to assist across departments
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Weekend availability preferred
