FIELD CARE SUPERVISOR
Part Time – 25 hours per week
Car driver required
AS Care are currently looking to recruit an experienced Field Support/Field Care Supervisors to join our team that covers the following locations Leeds, Wakefield and Bradford areas on a part time basis – 25 hours per week.
Our Field Support Supervisors are responsible for managing and assisting the care workers in the community.
- Build and maintain great relationships with our service users
- To provide a service and deliver care from time to time when emergencies, or short-term requirements present such a need. This may be in the absence of any other member of staff.
- Support our Coordinators to keep in touch with service users and their families.
- Undertaking spot checks, supervisions and Service Reviews.
- Take out of hours duties - additional allowance paid for this.
- Update client care plans, audit care notes and MAR sheets alerting care workers to any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate service user & care worker records on Electronic System Pass.
What we require:
-Full driving licence
- Experience in Health Care sector particularly domiciliary care
-Prior experience in a health and social care environment
· Arranging, planning and conducting the supervisions & spot checks
· The ability to prioritise your workload
· A 'can do' attitude/Flexible

- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (required or willing to work towards)
