Overview
We, at CM Bespoke Care Ltd are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Practitioner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients with daily activities, implementing care plans, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and colleagues. We cover Cleobury Mortimer, Kidderminster, Bewdley, Stourport, Clee Hill, Ludlow, Tenbury Wells, Craven Arms and Church Stretton. We have vacancies in all areas at the moment. Come and join our wonderful team :)
Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Support individuals with daily activities including meal preparation and medication administration
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment
- Maintain accurate documentation of care notes
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure consistent care delivery
- Support the organisation of activities that promote clients' well-being and engagement
Requirements
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive safely between locations.
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is desirable
- Good understanding of care plans and ability to follow them accurately
- Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation and communication purposes
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals
- Good physical health and stamina to perform care giving duties effectively
