Key Stage 1 Teacher – Full Time - September 2026
Vision for Education is seeking an experienced and inspirational Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a popular primary school in Huntingdon for the full academic year, beginning in September 2026. This full-time role offers a valuable opportunity to join a team of welcoming and hard-working teachers, supporting young learners as they grow, explore, and develop new skills. This role has arisen due to an increase in the school roll. A job share may be considered for this role.
Pay
The pay for this role is between £140 to £232 per day, dependent upon experience.
Responsibilities of the role
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality teaching
- Work collaboratively within the Key Stage 1 team
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Plan and deliver engaging, enriching and inclusive learning opportunities
- Build strong relationships with pupils and parents
Requirements
You will have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- The ability to provide two recent references to support your teaching employment
- The ability to provide full, enhanced DBS clearance
- Recent experience teaching at key stage 1 level within a Primary School
- Excellent communication, timekeeping and organisational skills
