Alan Batt Sales & Lettings are well establish in the community and industry, with over 40 years experience and our close knit team have a wealth of expertise to offer. The right candidate must be interested in the property sector, have excellent customer service skills and a desire to work in a fast paced sales role who can work independently.
The role is mostly administrative and customer service based to provide weekend cover for our business and will give the candidate a good over view of all the basics of Estate Agency making it an ideal role for those looking for an introduction to the industry.
Duties includes but is not limited to :
* Cross selling products and services
* Answering phones and emails
* Diary management
* Arranging a range of appointments
* Key management
A competitive salary dependent on experience and age as well as commission is included in this weekend position. The hours would be every Saturday between 10am and 2pm with additional hours required to cover business needs, holidays and sickness.
