Remuneration & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: £17.62 – £19.50 (commensurate with experience).
- Overtime Premiums: 1.4x for hours exceeding 40; 1.8x for Sunday shifts.
- Travel Package: When working nationwide, we provide:
- £40.00 overnight bonus.
- £25.00 daily subsistence allowance.
- Fully pre-paid accommodation.
- Leave: 31 days annual leave (inclusive of statutory holidays and Christmas Shutdown).

Scope of Works
The successful candidate will execute the installation of pipe systems and steelwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Expertly install carbon, ductile, and stainless-steel pipework, including pumps, valves, and instrumentation. Primary and secondary steelwork (access platforms, supports, and handrailing), primarily within the water sector and power sector.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiently interpret and work from general arrangement and isometric installation drawings.
- Safety Operations: High level health and safety practices, ensuring safety compliance in all aspects of work.
- Autonomy: Demonstrate the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency with minimal supervision.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Qualifications: NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 in Mechanical Fitting or demonstrated proven history.
- Certification: Valid CSCS card.
- Mobility: Full UK Driving Licence and a total willingness to work away from home nationwide.
Desirable (Highly Advantageous)
- Safety: Confined Space (Medium/High Risk), First Aid, or Fire Marshall certifications.
- Site Cards: EUSR Water Hygiene, EUSR Flange Jointing, or MEWP/PASMA operator cards.
- Experience: 3+ years in mechanical fitting, ideally with a CSCS Gold Card.
