The Role:
Due to continued growth and investment, Fresh Graphics are recruiting for a multi-skilled Sign Maker & Graphics Installer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional workmanship. This varied role will involve all aspects of signage production, finishing, fabrication, delivery, and installation, with a strong focus on vinyl application and on-site fitting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out site surveys and evaluations, making deliveries and collections, preparing signage for installation, and completing both internal and external signage installations. You will work with a variety of materials including acrylic, aluminium composite (ACM), PVC, Foamex, and vinyl, applying printed and plotted graphics using professional application techniques.
The role will also involve operating and assisting with CNC routing, laser cutting, and laminating equipment, as well as carrying out a range of finishing processes including trimming, mounting, laminating, fabrication, and assembly. Working closely with our production, design, and project management teams, you will take ownership of projects from manufacture through to final installation, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed deadlines.

The Person:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual with a genuine passion for the signage industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding results for our customers. You will be highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing your workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
As an experienced signage professional, you will have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to work independently or as part of a team. You will be comfortable interpreting technical drawings and specifications, taking responsibility for projects, and leading installations when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience within the signage and print industry
- Experience operating CNC routers, laser cutters, and laminating equipment
- Proven signage installation and vinyl application experience
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable with manual labour and working at height
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable Skills:
- IPAF licence
- CSCS card
- PASMA card
- Experience with illuminated signage
- Large-format print production experience
The role will be both local and national, which will include UK travel and occasionally nights away from home. Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Full time role, Salary based on experience, opportunity for 100+ hours overtime
