As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. You will lead and inspire a close-knit team, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of care home operations

Proven experience in a care home management role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
In-depth knowledge of care standards and regulations
