Assistant Managers
We are looking for a strong manager to help lead our team at our beautiful site in Hambleden. Our passion is for the very best guest experience, supported by a well trained team serving some of the best food, wines and cocktails we can think of.
The ideal candidate is hands on and prepared to lead from the front, with a passion for delivering the very best customer experience while inspiring their team.
You will understand the importance of consistency and providing a high level of service in a relaxed environment.
You will be responsible for the assistance of the day to day operation of the business as a whole and will be responsible for the training and development of staff alongside our general manager.
You will need to have a good grasp of basic day to day finances such as GPs and wage costs with a proven track record in increasing profitability and developing revenue streams.
Ensuring the team are motivated and working to the best of their ability is essential, therefore confidence in training your team is very important. Delivering quality in all aspects of the business and being able to make key decisions is essential.
The site has a strong sense of community, therefore you must understand the importance of looking after regular guests and really get to know the site and the locals!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
