The Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on PR & Influence Manager to lead influencer and creator marketing end to end, and to coordinate brand events and PR activity, for a founder-led beauty brand. This role sits at the intersection of talent relationships, negotiation and cultural presence.
The successful candidate will have deep beauty industry experience and a proven track record of running influencer programmes end-to-end, including direct negotiation and contracting with talent and agencies, with measurable commercial impact. This is not a traditional press office or communications role; PR activity is coordinated through agency partners and brand events, rather than driven through day-to-day media relations in-house.
The role requires a commercially minded operator and confident negotiator who is comfortable working closely with the Global Brand & Marketing Director, the Founder & CEO, and cross-functional teams to shape brand presence through talent and events, in close partnership with the Social Media Manager on organic content alignment.
Please note we work 4 days a week from our office in W11 and Fridays from home.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Creator Marketing

Own influencer and creator strategy end-to-end: identification, outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, campaign execution and performance tracking.

Lead all rate and deliverable negotiations directly with talent and talent agencies, ensuring terms are commercially sound and properly contracted before activity begins.

Manage seeding, paid partnerships and long-term collaborations, ensuring influencers are fully integrated into launches, campaigns and brand storytelling.

Build and maintain a roster of talent and agency relationships, renewing and renegotiating partnerships as they come up for review.

Track and report on influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, content quality, sentiment), feeding learnings back into future briefs and negotiations.

Contract and brief UGC content for paid social usage
Brand Events

Plan and deliver brand events (launches, press days, influencer and talent activations), managing guest lists, venues, suppliers and budget.

Use events as a platform to deepen talent relationships and create content opportunities that feed influencer and PR activity.
