Kristal D&D Ltd is an established company with over 40 years trading, offering a complete engineering service to Dairy Farmers within travelling distance of Herefordshire. Kristal supplies GEA milking equipment, including Robotics, alongside many other leading brands within the Dairy sector.
Kristal also has an extensive in-house range of manufactured products supplying a total solution from milk extraction through to milk cooling and storage.
Due to continued and significant growth, we are currently on a recruitment campaign looking for an enthusiastic, committed and hardworking individual to join our small, dedicated team to install & maintain conventional and robotic milking systems.
Key responsibilities:
Candidate will have electrical knowledge and ideally be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of milking equipment along with a keen ambition to grasp new robotic technologies - full training will be given to the right candidate.
Knowledge of the dairy industry and a working knowledge of a farming environment would be advantageous, however not essential.
Candidate will be self-motivated and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service & communication skills.
Flexibility and willingness to travel
A great earning potential circa £35K – £50k+ per annum will be on offer together with a company vehicle after a qualifying period. Closing date for applications 30th June 2026.
