Position Overview
Traynor Furnishings is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our Armagh showroom team. This role suits someone with strong retail sales experience who wants to progress in a supportive, family-run business.
Working Days
- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday
- Monday(May occasionally be required to work one day per week in our Dungannon store at 64 Union Place, BT70 1DL.)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver a friendly, professional showroom experience.
- Understand customer needs and confidently recommend suitable products.
- Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation across both stores when needed.
- Process sales accurately using our in-store systems.
- Provide product information, pricing, and 0% finance options.
- Work towards achieving personal and team sales targets.
- Assist with general showroom duties as required.
Required Experience
- Previous sales experience is essential.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to confidently close sales and handle queries.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a small team.
Desirable Experience (Bonus)
- Furniture sales experience is a strong advantage.
- Previous showroom experience.
- Interest in interior design and furniture trends.
Training Provided
- Full training on our sales system, products, finance options, and daily showroom processes.
- Ongoing support to ensure competence and success in the role.
