We are recruiting for a Dental Therapist with Direct Access experience to join a well-established mixed NHS and Private dental practice in Derby. This permanent opportunity is available for Thursdays and Fridays, offering excellent earning potential within a supportive and modern practice environment.
This role is ideal for a Dental Therapist seeking a stable position with flexibility, strong clinical support, and opportunities to develop both NHS and private income streams.
To be considered, you must be GDC registered as a Dental Therapist, confident working under Direct Access, have UK clinical experience, and hold the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Required Skills & Experience for this Dental Therapist role:

Fully qualified and GDC registered Dental Therapist

Direct Access experience essential

Valid DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one

Proven UK experience delivering NHS dentistry

Confidence working within a mixed NHS and Private practice

Commitment to high clinical standards and patient care
As a Dental Therapist, your responsibilities may include:

Delivering high-quality NHS and private dental treatments within the scope of a Dental Therapist

Managing and maintaining a consistent clinical diary

Providing excellent patient care and communication

Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records

Working collaboratively with dental nurses and the wider practice team

Adhering to NHS guidelines, CQC standards, and clinical governance
Practice hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm, providing a structured working day with a strong work-life balance.
