Waingels Gardens Day Nursery is a welcoming, vibrant setting located within the grounds of Waingels College in Woodley, Reading. We are passionate about creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our friendly and supportive team. If you are committed to making a positive impact on young children’s lives and delivering high-quality early years education, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and educational development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
- Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, ensuring individual needs are met
- Adhere to safeguarding, child protection, and health & safety policies at all times
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
- Experience working with children aged 0–5 years
- A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
