Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office activities, ensuring efficient workflow and organisation
- Supervise administrative staff and support team management tasks
- Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
- Utilise QuickBooks for financial record keeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems, both digital and physical
- Handle correspondence via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes as required
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed to facilitate overall organisational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles, with clerical or organisational expertise
- Supervising or team management experience is essential
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and general accounting practices
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience in human resources processes such as recruitment and employee management
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficient in using office software including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst maintaining attention to detail
