MSK Physiotherapist – Band 6 / Band 7
Location: Hempstead, Kent
Salary: £35,000 – £58,500 per annum (depending on experience and pay structure)

Sanctuary Personnel are delighted to recruit an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join a dynamic and patient-focused clinical team in Hempstead. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Physiotherapist looking to progress their career within a supportive environment that values clinical excellence, professional development, and high-quality patient care.
Applications are welcomed from both Band 6 and Band 7 level Physiotherapists with strong musculoskeletal experience. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and sports injury patients, delivering evidence-based assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation programmes while contributing to the wider clinical development of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of MSK conditions
- Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions and rehabilitation plans
- Manage a varied caseload independently while maintaining excellent clinical standards
- Support patients with orthopaedic and sports-related injuries
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues and wider clinical staff
- Participate in clinical audits, service improvement, and evaluation projects
- Contribute to the ongoing professional development of the physiotherapy team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
- Deliver a professional, patient-centred service at all times
Working Pattern:
- Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week
- Part-Time hours available by agreement
- Practice opening hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 20:00
- Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
- All team members are required to work every second Saturday
- Minimum of two late shifts per week required
- Optional overtime opportunities available
Salary Information:
Banding and salary will depend on experience and clinical level:
- Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist: £35,000 – £38,500 per annum
- Band 7 MSK Physiotherapist: £38,500 – £45,000+ per annum
Part-time salaries will be pro-rata based on contracted hours.
Requirements:
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist
- Previous MSK physiotherapy experience essential
- Experience managing orthopaedic and/or sports injury caseloads
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and patient management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to CPD and evidence-based practice
