Hours: 36.5 Hours Per Week – Monday – Thursday 08:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 08:00am – 12:30pm.
Salary: Up to £42,000 Per Annum

Job Duties:
· Inspect incoming, in-process and finished components to ensure quality standards are met.
· Carry out dimensional inspections, testing and First Article Inspections (FAI).
· Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and material certifications.
· Maintain accurate quality records and ensure full product traceability.
· Manage calibration of inspection equipment and measuring tools.
· Support customer, supplier and third-party audits and inspections.
· Investigate quality issues and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
· Drive continuous improvement and uphold quality, compliance and 5S standards
What we are looking for:
· Previous experience within a Quality Technician, Quality Inspector or similar manufacturing quality role.
· Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems and inspection processes.
· Competent using precision measuring equipment, gauges and Faro Arm technology.
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
· Experience with machined or cast components is advantageous.
· Knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why and 8D methodologies.
· Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ideally ERP/MRP systems.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
