We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring items are handled safely and securely
- Verify delivery details against orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times and any potential delays
Experience
- Strong communication skills in English
- Good time management skills to prioritise deliveries effectively and meet deadlines
- Organisational skills to manage inventory accurately
- Ability to demonstrate phone etiquette when communicating with customers or suppliers
This role is a delivery assist which consists of either being a buddy (passenger) in a van delivering parcels your role will be to deliver parcels to customers (£40 a day) and a full delivery driver role will be available in the months upcoming (£70 a day)
