We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our Busy Lettings And Property Management department who can generate high levels of customer satisfaction, forward planning, improve the service experience and increase lettings. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, takes initiative and has strong customer service skills. This individual will also be responsible for the lettings department be hands on, have a passion and a drive to succeed, be the best they can be and put the customers first.
Be on Tp of the Game and evaluating their work performance.
Responsibilities:
- Great customers and respond to their needs and questions.
- Answer the phone and direct calls as necessary.
- Transmit information to other departments or employees.
- Manage-Check-in& Check-out- Inventory's
- Booking Viewings, Vals, Contractors
- Arrange Repairs& Offer solutions
- Prepare invoices and statements.
- Notify other departments of stock levels and increase profit
- Monitor invoices
- Reconcile receipts and invoices
- Office Admin
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
