Secondary Supply Teacher – Southampton
We are working with secondary schools across Southampton that are seeking Supply Teachers to support with day-to-day cover and longer-term placements. Whether you are looking for flexibility around existing commitments or want consistent work without committing to a permanent position, we have opportunities available.
Assignments generally run between 8:30am and 3:30pm, with daily rates between £120 and £150 depending on experience and the requirements of the role.
You will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and ensure pupils remain engaged throughout the school day. Schools provide support and clear expectations, allowing you to focus on delivering effective teaching.
We are looking for teachers with QTS (or equivalent), recent UK secondary experience, and strong classroom management skills. In return, we offer flexible work, ongoing consultant support, and access to a range of schools across Southampton.
