We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised chef at sous chef level. The role will see you managing the team of chefs while reporting to the head chef. The role is kitchen based but does require someone who is good with paperwork and organised.
This new opening has been fully refurbished to a high degree and looking to excel in food and variety of cooking local and fresh produce, the restaurant is wanting to push for accolades in the area and is looking for a Sous chef that either has rosette experience or wanting to push to be the best in the area.
