We are currently recruiting for a Tagger Operative to join our Production team at Paranova Print and Packaging. The role will initially be based at our Amberley Labels’ Boston site. After training, the successful candidate will work permanently at our Spalding location. This role is both permanent and full time, working on a double day shift: Rotating: Monday-Friday 06:00-14:00 & Monday-Thursday 14:00-00:00.

Key Areas of Responsibility
- Produce finished reels in accordance with the Tagging Manual
- Have a clear understanding of shift patterns and importance of good timekeeping
- Be aware of Paranova Print and Packaging’s responsibilities within the label industry, and the importance of giving clear information
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and systems within area of responsibility. Activities include health & safety, dignity at work, hygiene, SOPs etc
- Finish printed jobs into customers’ specifications whilst checking quality due to this being the last inspection before the customer sees the labels
- Reading and understanding job bag
- Ensure the core labels have correct information. Outer labels are to detail correct information and should be in numerical order
- Keeping high standard of presentation of finished goods to customer
- Minimise Downtime
- Operate at or below make ready and running waste targets
- Maintain quality level through a production run ensuring consistency is equal to original QC
- Accurate input of all information onto Prism and Shop-Logix as per training given
- Keeping within accepted levels of spoilage for areas within your control
- Any other duties required to meet the prevailing needs of the business
