Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Trainee Sales Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through the sales process. This role offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in a dynamic sales environment, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend relevant products
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features to customers
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers
- Organised, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
