Must have:
-Experience in supervisor role in the construction industry (Civils)
-Driving licence.
-Be happy with working away from home (usually Monday - Friday unless working the weekend).
-Be happy with working at heights
-Punctual
-Facefit test to be carried out on the training course so you must be willing to clean shave for it
Pay is £15.83 an hour + £2.30p bonus per hour - 1.5x and 2x paid on overtime. 1.5x on anything over 8hours Weekends are 2x
We are looking for a supervisor who has experience in civils preferably setting up green belt sites who can work potentially assist supervising cooling tower work when the civils work isn't avaliable. You will ideally have plant training aswell for example telehandler, excavator etc. The first role you will be doing is supervising sub contractors under a project manager, you will ensure all RAMS are being followed and signed, toolbox talks carried out etc.
Do you have as valid in date CCNSG Safety Passport? ( Preferred however not essential as we can put you through this training at a cost )
Do you have access to your own vehicle and willing to work away from home? If you are located near Doncaster you will be able to travel in the company vans.
Driving licence required for driving company vans.

Job Details:
- We’re looking for Site supervisors to join our team working on cooling tower projects across the UK
- Full training provided free of charge for selected applicants
- This is contract work (0 hours) with flexibility required to travel between projects
All FLS’s will provide liaison with the project management team and provide sufficient details / substantive evidence of project delays, technical queries or instructions that have affected the execution of the works. Furthermore, they will monitor and maintain productivity levels, adhere to permit systems and carry out the necessary administration functions as required by site operations. These are for example but not limited to; timesheets, taking and keeping of detailed notes, delivery and inspection of materials and plant, checking and signing the company’s quality plans, hiring and off-hiring plant and equipment, safety of company property, hold a key appointment requiring a minimum standard in terms of competency levels, behaviour and attitude. As FLS’s, you would be expected to lead by example and set the standards for workers to follow, to raise awareness and improve the culture and profile of SHE.
The role will include the requirement to work away from home, as and when the projects(s) location, dictates, there will also be a requirement for flexible overtime, again based on project necessities.
Pay & Benefits:
- £15.83/hour base pay + £2.30/hour bonus
- Overtime Rates:
- 1.5x after 8 hours on weekdays
- 2x on weekends
- Weekly earnings: £707.07 – £1600 depending on project, hours, and location
- Subsistence and travel allowances paid when working away from home
- 39 standard hours per week, with regular overtime available is the ideal situation some weeks may differ.
