Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
· Processing orders for supply & manufacture
· Raising purchase orders
· Inputting customer quotations
· Updating customers on order progress, providing an efficient and accurate service for customers
· Maintaining order progress and dates on the system
· Checking orders and supplier acknowledgements for accuracy
· Customer complaints administration
· Processing customer guarantee requests
· Calling customers to advise of deliveries and collection.
· Updating customers on order progress
· Face to face customer service
· Answering the main telephone and fielding calls to relevant departments
· General administrative tasks
Experience
- Confident and clear communicator
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Competent IT skills
- Experience working with Microsoft packages such as word and excel
- Excellent telephone manner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
