We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Used Sales Executive to join our used car department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in car sales and demonstrate exceptional organisational skills. This role requires a keen understanding of a car sales processes and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members alike.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Deliver industry leading customer service.
- Demonstrate vehicles and highlight features that align with customer requirements.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
- Utilise effective upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain an organised inventory of vehicles and ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately.
- Provide follow-up support to customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or sales management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Proficient in using sales software and tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries and follow-ups professionally.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in automobiles and the automotive industry is essential.
Skills
- Proven experience in selling used cars in volume within the automotive industry is a must.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with a diverse customer base.
- Strong upselling skills with a focus on enhancing customer experience through tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer relationships.
