Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the hospitality industry, including catering, serving, and food preparation. Previous restaurant or barista experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. A strong focus on food safety and customer satisfaction is essential to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcomed upon arrival
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Handle payments and operate the till system with accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly
- Support barista duties, including preparing coffee and other beverages
- Uphold food safety standards at all times in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred
- Experience working in a restaurant environment is advantageous
- Barista experience is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for all applicants
- Knowledge of food safety practices is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of service

Pay: £12.21-£100.00 per hour
