Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes or care facilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Perform light housekeeping duties and ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Kind, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Driving Requirements:
- While it is preferable for candidates to have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle, we are open to considering applicants who are willing to work towards achieving their driving license. The nature of our work involves traveling to various locations to provide care.
