About Us
Tigerlily Training is one of the UK’s leading national training providers, delivering First Aid, Safeguarding, Mental Health First Aid and Health & Safety training across 150+ venues.
With over 20 years’ experience and more than 2 million learners certificated, we work with nurseries, schools, colleges and organisations across the UK.
We are now building out our commercial sales division and are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help kick-start and grow this area of the business.
The Role
This is a true business development role — focused on generating new opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline and converting new clients.
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging new organisations, building relationships and supporting the growth of our commercial training offering.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and target new commercial clients
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Make outbound calls and follow up leads
- Book meetings and convert opportunities into sales
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions
- Work towards and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets
- Accurately record activity and pipeline within CRM systems
- Collaborate with the wider commercial and marketing teams
What We’re Looking ForEssential
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role
- Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets
- Experience building and managing a sales pipeline
- Confident communicator (phone, email and in person)
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong organisational skills
Desirable
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience in training, education, health & safety or similar sectors
- Familiarity with CRM systems

Salary & Benefits
£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary
Plus:
