General Operative & Driver – Join Our Growing Team
About the Role
Are you someone who takes pride in doing a job properly, enjoys variety in your working day, and likes being part of a team where your effort genuinely matters?
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking General Operative & Driver to join our growing business and support our operations team.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be doing the same thing every day. You’ll be an important part of keeping our business moving, supporting our workshop, warehouse, dispatch, customers, and suppliers.
Your role will involve a mixture of hands-on warehouse and yard duties, preparing products for customers, and completing UK-wide collections and deliveries using our company fleet of 4 metre dropside vans.
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and someone who wants to take ownership of their work.
Why Join Us?
We’re looking for someone who wants more than just another job.
You’ll become part of a team that takes pride in what we do, values quality, supports each other, and recognises people who put effort into their work.
If you’re reliable, practical, and enjoy seeing the results of a good day’s work, we’d like to hear from you.

- Ensuring deliveries arrive in excellent condition
- Completing paperwork and delivery documentation accurately
- Providing a friendly and professional service when meeting customers
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues
