What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a sales Manager:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the residential sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Driving business growth through effective valuation generation, conversion, and market share expansion.
- Conducting regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings to maximise productivity.
- Implement and maintain structured sales processes and CRM best practices
- Overseeing the entire sales process, from instruction through to completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to departmental growth strategies and support wider business objectives
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Minimum 5 years' experience within residential estate agency
- Previous experience in a sales manager
- Proven track record of generating instructions and driving sales performance
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Highly organised with a process-driven approach to work
- Positive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and team development
- Full UK driving licence and local market knowledge would be advantageous
