Citident Dental Centre, part of the A&U Dental Group, is looking for a new associate to join their highly experienced, energetic and forward-looking team.
Thursdays and Fridays
We are part of a family-owned dental group currently with 7 practices. The group is supported by a finance and marketing department; and focuses heavily on clinical development through it’s development programme - A&U Evolve. We currently comprise of approximately 45 associates, 5 therapists and 2 foundation dentists. A number of specialists work in our group from endodontists to implant and oral surgeons. Our vision is to make every practice a specialist centre that focuses on the patient experience.
Role: Available from August 2026
NHS Dentist
- Completing on average of 30 UDAs per day
- 2 days per week
- Established well-maintained NHS
The Practice:
- An experienced and supportive single-site practice manager
- £12,000+ spent on marketing annually e.g. Google Ads
- 1000+ Google Reviews & a strong focus on patient experience
- 6 surgery practice with an i-Tero & OPG, Intraoral Cameras
- Fully digitalised currently using iPads in every surgery. iPads are used to show portfolios, visual animations and sign treatment plans
- A strong Clinical team
- Long-serving, dedicated and highly experienced team
- Ideally located in Milton Keynes with a train station a short distance away.
Equipment
- Rotary Endodontics as standard
- X-rays in every surgery
- Sectional matrix for use in posterior composites
- Use of a iTero Scanner
- Practice offers Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, 32co, Implants, Oral Surgery plus Hygienist and Therapist.
- OPG
All candidates must be registered with the GDC and have an active performer number.
