Are you an experienced IT Change Manager who thrives on driving governance, influencing stakeholders and ensuring change is delivered safely with minimal business disruption?
This is an opportunity to take real ownership of the Change Management function within a collaborative Service Delivery environment. You will play a key role in maintaining operational stability while enabling business change and continual improvement. Working across technical teams and clients, you will lead governance activities, challenge risk where needed and ensure changes are delivered in a controlled and effective way.
This role sits within a secure environment and requires eligibility for Security Clearance, with the potential to be developed to Developed Vetting.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the end-to-end IT Change Management process, ensuring governance is robust and effective.
- Chair and facilitate Change Advisory Board and Emergency Change Advisory Board meetings.
- Review, assess and challenge Requests for Change, ensuring appropriate control and compliance.

Evaluate business impact, technical risk, testing evidence and rollback plans before approving changes.

Coordinate with technical teams, Service Delivery, project teams and clients to ensure successful change implementation.

Monitor Change Management key performance indicators and drive continual service improvement to reduce failed or emergency changes.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience owning and leading an end-to-end Change Management function.

Strong experience chairing Change Advisory Board and Emergency Change Advisory Board meetings within a governance-driven environment.

Knowledge of Standard, Normal and Emergency Change processes.

Experience assessing risk, business impact and organisational readiness for change.

Experience working within an IT Service Management or Service Delivery environment.

Understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library practices (version 3 or 4).
It would be great if you had:
- Experience operating within secure or highly regulated environments.

A proactive approach to improving governance frameworks and Change Management processes.

Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

Salary: £46,000 – £58,000.
