Site Foreman - Steel Erection & PVC Fabric Installation

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000, depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced Site Foreman to oversee and manage site operations across a range of projects involving steel erecting and PVC fabric structure installations
This is a hands on role requiring strong leadership, technical understanding and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard. You will be responsible for supervising site teams, coordinating works and ensuring all installations are completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate day to day site operations
- Lead teams involved in steel erection and PVC fabric installation
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Liaise with directors, project managers, clients and subcontractors
- Organise labour, materials and equipment on site
- Monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Conduct site briefings and toolbox talks
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site housekeeping
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a site foreman or supervisor within construction
- Strong background in steel erecting (essential)
- Experience installing or working with PVC fabric/tensile structures (highly desirable)
- Ability to lead and motivate teams on site
- Good understanding of health and safety legislation
- Ability to read and work from drawings
- CSCS card (essential)
- SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel and work away from home
Working Hours and What We Offer
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
- Overtime as and when needed
- Competitive salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per year, depending on experience
