Role Overview
We are a financial services business looking for an ambitious Marketing Executive to help build and grow our direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand. You will support the planning and execution of campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and convert visitors into loyal customers across all channels. This hands-on role is suited to those who want to learn fast, own projects early, and see the direct impact of their work on revenue & brand growth.
Key Duties
- Support the development and execution of direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns across all channels, including: email, social media, content, & paid/organic channels.
- Help plan and create brand-consistent content (copy, visuals briefs, basic creatives) for all platforms and channels.
- Assist in managing our social media presence: scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments/messages, and reporting on performance.
- Help build, segment, and maintain email lists and customer journeys.
- Learn the business and the core ideal customer profiles, pain points, and buying triggers, and feed insights into messaging and campaigns.
- Support content initiatives including PR, keyword research, optimising on-page content, and tracking performance.
- Assist with basic performance reporting, tracking key metrics and preparing simple reports; highlight learning points and ideas for tests.
- Maintain consistency across all touchpoints and evolve our brand as we grow.
- Support the wider B2B marketing team and the wider business as required.
Key Skills
· Qualification(s) or equivalent experience in direct-to-consumer marketing.
· Clear understanding of the basics of marketing, across all mediums and channels.
· Strong writing skills and an ability to adapt to different channels and audiences.
· Comfortable working with data: using spreadsheets and dashboards, interpreting basic metrics, and turning findings into simple recommendations.
· Comfortable using software and learning new software platforms.
· Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· A curious, proactive mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
· A good communicator and team player.
· A strong level of self-motivation and independence.
· Professional with a strong attention to detail. This is a regulated environment.

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
