Teamwork Partnership is currently recruiting for an experienced Bendi FLT Driver to join a busy and growing warehouse operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious forklift driver looking to join a supportive team within a fast-paced logistics environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring stock is moved efficiently, accurately, and safely throughout the warehouse.
The Role
As a Bendi FLT Driver, you will be responsible for operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift truck to move, store, and replenish stock within the warehouse. You will work closely with warehouse colleagues to support goods-in, storage, stock control, and order fulfilment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Bendi/Flexi Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and store stock within the warehouse
- Put away goods into racking locations accurately
- Replenish picking locations as required
- Support goods-in and dispatch operations
- Carry out daily equipment checks and report defects
- Ensure stock accuracy and inventory control
- Follow all health & safety procedures and site regulations
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment
- Assist with general warehouse duties when required
- Work towards achieving productivity and service targets
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Valid and in-date Bendi/Flexi FLT licence
- Previous experience operating a Bendi/Flexi truck in a warehouse environment
- Good understanding of warehouse health & safety procedures
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
Hours of work : 48 hrs a week across 5 days, mainly Monday - Friday, but may require a Saturday depending on the business needs.
Pay: £12.71-£13.21 per hour
