The Opportunity

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions between buyers and sellers. Your role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing guidance on market conditions, and negotiating prices to achieve the best outcome for your clients. This role includes showing prospective buyers and tenants around properties, deal with incoming enquiries and generally contribute to the output of the team.

You’ll receive full training and support from experienced professionals, giving you the tools and knowledge to progress quickly within the company.

The Role:
- Accompany applicants on property viewings
- Represent the business in a professional and personable manner
- Build rapport with buyers and tenants, answering basic property queries
- Collect and report viewing feedback to the team
- Assist with booking appointments and general office support
- Learn all aspects of estate agency, including sales and lettings processes

Full UK Driving Licence required, and you must have your own car!
